Dewsbury Moor scored the wining try on the final whistle to take the points in this closley thought game. Lions started strongly going 10 points up in as many minites thanks to hard work from Forwards James Pugh, Max Brown and Jordon Leech creating the opportunity for reece dyas to go in for a well worked try then hard working forward jordon leech went in for the lions next try.Good thinking from hard working hooker connor walker saw Ryan bailey go over in the corner for a well taken try.
Max Brown improved on last weeks performance and was rewarded with a well taken try.
Brad Smith was awarded the man of the match award with an exellent all round display. Dyas and walker were outstanding in defence working right to the final whistle. Connor Bell Bob England and Zak Dawson worked well throughout the game as did Bailey who went in for his 2nd try with only 5 mins to go but sloppy defence alloud dewsbury to score 2 quick trys. Lions need to put this game behind them and work hard in training for thier next game,
