Lions kept their unbeaten run going thanks to a strong last 10 minutes, in which they could easily have taken the spoils had several decisions gone their way.
However in the end Lions could only blame a low key start and mid period for not notching up their 4th win in a row
Man of the match Brad Smith was again outstanding ,He was pushed close by Torin Longstaff , Connor Walker , Reece Dyas and Jordan Leech who all had non stop games in attack and defence and all chipped in with a try apiece.
Zak Dawson had one of his best games of the season at scrum half as did second rowers Max Brown and Jack Blewitt ,
Connor Bell had another sound game at fullback .
Scott Ripley and Robert England made several important tackles ,and Aron Cunningham ,James Pugh , Brad Sharp ,Callum Nestor , James Simpson and Connor Smith all made telling contributions.
 Blewitt added 3 conversions Longstaff 1 .
